Job Description:
Support Producers or Executive Producer in pre-production of various event based projects, including:Venue research; maintain and develop venue database Source production supplies, premiums and materials Event research (festivals, performances, trade shows etc) in Asia Production paperwork and documentation Liaison and coordination of external parties Support Producers in on site anagement of eventsRegistration, reception, logistics Managing performers and other temp staff Other supporting roles as assigned Contribute to the development of the company database and documentation system Assist in the preparation of documents and materials for proposals, presentations and meetings. Act as a source of information to the Production Team on venues, entertainment and premiums. Develop and manage specific audience database and operate RSVP call centre on a project by project basis Prepare time sheet and all administrative paperwork in a timely fashion Actively support other members of the Production Team
Job Requirements:
Degree holder in marketing, advertising, or a related business subject(s) Good interpersonal & communication skills Fluency in spoken and written English; spoken Cantonese; Mandarin a bonus Numeracy sufficient for basic budget control Driven, committed; ability to multi-task, with proven project management skills Meticulous, patient, hardworking and flexible, especially with regard to working hours Resourceful, familiar with Hong Kong environment
