Job Description:
The position is to follow the founder of PopSquare directly and is responsible for designing the UX of a brand-new concept for the next generation of pop-up kiosk embedded with AI technology; and to expand it to the potential users in the overseas market.
Advocate user-centered design and support product manager and developers to integrate this into our product development processes Understand target users deeply: develop and work from personas, create user stories, help to conduct and analyze input from user focus groups Play a hands-on role in the production and create process flows, wireframes, prototypes, high definition mockups, and detailed UI and visual design style guides Drive usability tests as needed and interpret results from these tests Internal design project support may be necessary
Job Requirements:
Deep interest in digital engagement of customers, user experience design and make use of data to understand customers for better conversion rate Good understanding of UX principles, including demonstrable knowledge of interaction design Good visual design skills, including an eye for good typography, composition, and use of color Ability to design in Photoshop and Illustrator Understanding web technologies like HTML, CSS, Javascript, Ajax, JQuery is an advantage Good communication skills to deliver design ideas and collect customer feedback Equip with entrepreneurship spirit and enjoy teamwork Fast learner, love challenges, can work under high pressure
