• To develop social media planning and strategy on multiple client accounts.
• To manage online research and provide social media strategy can monitoring traffic.
• To maintain relationships with clients, providing proposals and develop potential new clients.
• To work closely with the team to deliver high-quality project deliverables within budget and on schedule.
• To manage client objectives and expectations, control timeline and effectively communicate between internal and external parties.
• To manage online communities, including posting and monitoring responses

Job Requirements:

• Degree holder in Marketing/Communications, familiar with Wechat OA, Zhihu, Facebook and Instagram Platform maintenance
• Excellent communication in both written and oral presentations (English, Mandarin and Cantonese).
• Open-minded, forward-thinking and easy going.
• Proficient in MS Office, Keynote, Adobe software
• Good sense of aesthetic
• Occasional off-hours management of client account
