Job Description:

• Core Tasks
• Responsible for day-to-day account duties and supporting the team
• Becomes a key contact point to Clients of the same corresponding level
• Independently manages the execution of the assigned campaigns, with minimal supervision
• Conduct desktop research, competitive updates and analyses  
• Administrative
• Assist to create job requisitions, cost estimates and invoicing, and production schedules
• Prepares minutes post-meeting internally and with Clients as needed
• Updates and maintains status reports
• Liaises with agency partners/3rd party vendors to obtain schedules, quotes (if any) and specifications

Job Requirements:

• 1 to 2 years’ experience in account servicing
• Experience in managing integrated campaigns
• Fluent in spoken and written English is a must
• Knowledge in digital media planning and budgeting 
• Current with the fast-changing digital landscape
• Show proactive-ness participating in Agency’s initiatives
• An ability to think innovatively and independently
• A “people” person with a collaborative attitude
• • High attention to details
