Job Description:
Core Tasks Responsible for day-to-day account duties and supporting the team Becomes a key contact point to Clients of the same corresponding level Independently manages the execution of the assigned campaigns, with minimal supervision Conduct desktop research, competitive updates and analyses Administrative Assist to create job requisitions, cost estimates and invoicing, and production schedules Prepares minutes post-meeting internally and with Clients as needed Updates and maintains status reports Liaises with agency partners/3rd party vendors to obtain schedules, quotes (if any) and specifications
Job Requirements:
1 to 2 years’ experience in account servicing Experience in managing integrated campaigns Fluent in spoken and written English is a must Knowledge in digital media planning and budgeting Current with the fast-changing digital landscape Show proactive-ness participating in Agency’s initiatives An ability to think innovatively and independently A “people” person with a collaborative attitude • High attention to details
